〰️ we believe well-being is for everybody! in service of the creation of a more equitable world, the cost of a drop-in can be modified upon check out; our suggested prices are a guideline, and you're free to pay what you can based on your financial reality. some pay more, some pay less, and all of us get access to what we need.

〰️ all levels welcome
〰️ doors open 10 minutes before class starts; we cannot accommodate late arrivals, so please arrive a few minutes early to get settled in.
〰️ wear anything you feel comfortable in!
〰️ all parking is street parking! there's typically spots on the block surrounding, but give yourself enough time to do a lap or two, just in case.
〰️ if you need to cancel, feel free to do so -- as long as it's 6 hours before class start time, a credit will be issued back to your account.
