  • 60-minute standalone sessions incorporating educational presentation, team exercises and a guided meditation that provide your team with practical tools to improve their wellbeing at work.

  • to create a custom wellbeing program for your team, I work with you to hear your teams needs and support you in developing a holistic, personalized wellbeing program for your company.

    you’ll have the opportunity to choose your cadence and from a range of wellbeing practices including: guided meditation, breathwork, workshop, yoga and sound bath sessions.
