Coming into Alignment

Alignment means everything is working together towards the same goal. It's about synergy and cohesion.

However, when it comes to realizing our visions, we often overlook our inner world. This inner world is filled with subconscious beliefs, patterns, and behaviors that can invisibly undermine our sense of fulfillment.

We might be doing everything “right” on the outside, yet inside, we feel disconnected. It’s like we’re clenching our mind and body until we get through certain parts of the journey.

While this approach is common, it’s far from working. It not only makes everything harder but also ensures we repeat the same struggles because we haven’t addressed the root of our internal patterns.

Coming into alignment means undoing those patterns that cause tension so that your inner world harmonizes with your external goals. This could be in your career, relationships, or personal aspirations.

Achieving alignment ensures that every challenge, goal, or expansion you face is approached with more self-trust, ease, clarity, and even excitement.

In times of uncertainty and difficulty, alignment provides a clear connection to your true self. It creates a sense of home within, allowing you to stay grounded throughout your journey, no matter what it entails.

My MISSION:

I believe that we all deserve to discover and align with the truest, most authentic version of ourselves. The one we know that we are. The one we can almost intuitively feel within us - before whatever our life (or our mind) is throwing at us gets in the way. 

Whether we’re working 1:1 or in a group setting, my mission is to help you move past the chatter of your mind so that you can live life more intentionally and show up as that person that you want to be. 

My teaching style brings an approachable, down-to-earth lens to yoga so that you can use the practice to embody the Real you in everyday life, both on-and-off the mat..

3 MONTHS

12x, 60 minute live sessions with one-on-one relationship & contact with me throughout the 3 months.

  • THE FOUNDATION

    In this month, we focus on getting you grounded in your monthly intention and while building the foundation a consistent mindfulness practice with weekly sessions and daily check ins.

    You’ll learn how to focus your attention on your intention both on and off the cushion using the present moment and your breath as a way to emotionally regulate, create more clarity and return to the Real you.

    After each session you’ll receive a recording, framework to practice on your own, personalized guidance and have access to me throughout the week.

  • THE DEPTH

    This month focuses on expanding your intention and introducing you to Tibetan Buddhist visual, Ayurvedic practices and analytical yoga & meditation techniques that get you into the core of your Real self and subconscious beliefs.

    You’ll receive specialized lessons on each technique, learn why it’s important and how to apply it to your own life both now and in the future. 

    You’ll leave this month with: a deeper connection to the most expansive version of yourself, a step-by-step technique to turn any obstacle into an opportunity, an understanding of your own protective beliefs and how to transform them as well as a practice to bring you a stronger sense of joy, love and purpose. 

    After each session you’ll receive a recording, framework to practice on your own, personalized guidance and have access to me throughout the week.

  • THE INTEGRATION

    This month, we begin to transform knowledge into wisdom through your experience.

    We use this month to metaphorically take the training wheels off so that you can end the month with confidence, experience and an understanding on how to apply each aspect of yoga to your life moving forward beyond the program.

    You’ll be left with all that you need to continue practicing and expanding on your own - but if you typically enjoy longer-term support to ask questions, stay accountable and get guidance as you apply the practice to life the 6-Month Option may be better for you.

6 MONTHS

24x, 60 minute sessions with one-on-one relationship & contact with me throughout the mentorship.

  • THE EMBODIMENT

    Yoga is a life-long practice that deepens your connection, embodiment and self-actualization of your Real self the longer and more consistently you practice.

    After the 3-Month Program, you will be left with all the knowledge you need to apply this practice on your own — but your intentions and life then become your teacher to apply that knowledge into lived experience that then generates the wisdom of embodiment.

    Because of this, many clients enjoy extending their sessions further to receive the support, guidance and accountability to stay on the path of their intention and actualize their Real self IRL.

    In Month 4-6, our 1:1 Sessions focus on using your intention and life’s experiences to gain personalized weekly meditative coaching and lessons that guides you to embody that version of yourself off-the-mat.

    We will continue to work with monthly intentions to create that vision you have for yourself and you will have support in bringing yourself back to balance in moments of expansion as well as in fine-tuning your understanding of your own mind.

    This option is great for anyone looking to support their healing with yoga & meditation , to actualize a big external goal or to really make put inner alignment at the forefront of everything they do.

    Please note: Should you want to wait until the end of your 3-Month Package to decide on extending, that option may be available to you at a higher rate. This will be based on availability at the time and is not guaranteed.
