nadi shodhana, or alternate nostril breathing, is a 30-minute breathwork session designed to harmonize your body’s energy pathways and create a profound sense of calm and clarity. this practice involves systematically breathing through alternate nostrils to cleanse and balance the nadis (energy channels), promoting a state of mental tranquility and physical equilibrium.
during this class, you’ll be guided through gentle and rhythmic breathing techniques that enhance your prana (vital life force), improve focus, and reduce stress. by the end of the session, you'll feel a harmonious alignment within your mind, body, and spirit, leaving you rejuvenated and at peace.

this class includes an active breathwork practice. active breathwork should not be practiced by individuals who are currently pregnant or have a history of severe asthma, epilepsy, high blood pressure, or heart and lung complications.

〰️ doors typically open 10 minutes before class time; we cannot accommodate late arrivals, so please arrive a few minutes early to get settled in.
〰️ these are BYO-yoga mat!! please contact us in advance if you are in need of a mat so we can bring the appropriate amount of extra
〰️ all parking is street parking! there's typically spots on the block surrounding, but give yourself enough time to do a lap or two, just in case.
〰️ if you need to cancel, feel free to do so through email -- as long as it's 6 hours before class start time, a credit will be issued back to you.
