Our Daily Movement + Mindfulness sessions are here to help you commit to yourself—gently, intentionally, and powerfully.

Each month, we move through 4 themed frameworks of yoga and meditation that mirror the natural cycle of inner transformation: from intention → integration → trust → embodiment.

You’ll be guided live each weekday through breath, movement, and meditation. Every session includes:
→ a grounding intro
→ 20 mins of yoga
→ 15–20 mins of meditation
→ + a closing that bridges practice with real life

Whether you join live or catch the recordings, these sessions are here to support your daily rhythm, self-awareness, and spiritual growth—with consistency that feels sustainable. By month’s end, you’ll feel empowered to move through the frameworks on your own.

WEEK four: EMBODIMENT

We end the month with deep anchoring. This is where intention becomes embodied wisdom. You’ll be invited to move with full presence, honor your process, and walk into the next month integrated and whole.


Expect fluid sequences, intuitive movement, and meditations that invite you to live your practice off the mat.
