solar embodiment 〰️ a hot girl walk

  • Gabriel Richard Park 7130 East Jefferson Avenue Detroit, MI 48207 United States (map)

this spring & summer, we’re meeting ourselves outside.

on the path. in the sunlight. in motion.

a hot girl walk IS A seasonal SERIES offered through the spring & summer months — a soft invitation to move with intention, connect in community, & return to the body as sacred space.

Join us for a slow and sacred walk along the water — a practice in presence, embodiment, and collective warmth. together, we’ll move with the energy of the sun: expansive, nourishing, and alive.

this isn’t a fitness class. it’s not about steps or sweat. this is a ritual walk — a space to return to your body, your breath, and your brilliance. think: sunlight on skin, gentle breathwork, intentional prompts, and the quiet joy of walking beside others who are also learning to honor the sacredness of everyday movement.

come solo or with a friend, hang out in community, enjoy the brilliance that is the detroit riverwalk, move your body outside, nourish your being, make a friend!
